Purpose of data processing and conservation In Coordinadora d'organitzadors de camps de treball internacionals de Catalunya
(hereinafter referred to as COCAT) we treat the information you provide us as an interested party and of the contact persons who participate, based on the relationship of execution of the contract between the organization and the interested party who is going to carry out the volunteering.
The data obtained will be kept during the maintenance of the link between both parties and after the end of the relationship, until responsibilities can be demanded in accordance with current legislation.
Legitimation for data processing
The legal basis for data processing is the execution of the contract between you as the interested party who is going to carry out the volunteering and COCAT.
Recipients of your data
Your data will be transferred to third parties and associations with which COCAT collaborates.
International data transfers COCAT, the Data Controller, contracts its virtual infrastructure according to a "cloud
computing" model through a specialized company, located in European territory. This company carries out backup copies through IDRIVE, whose headquarters are located in the US. In turn, COCAT backs up its databases through Google Workspace.

Automated decisions including profiling
COCAT does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Rights of the interested parties
The owners of the data processed by COCAT have the right at all times to access their data, rectify it, oppose its processing or delete it if you believe that it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In addition, if you wish, you can request the portability of your data and limitation of the processing of your data. In this case, we will only keep them
for the exercise or defense of claims.
