I understand that the Chromebook and its accessory equipment are the property of the Freetown-Lakeville Regional School District. *

I understand that the student, with the support of the parent, is responsible for the daily care and maintenance of the Chromebook. *

I understand and agree to abide by the Technology Acceptable Use Agreement. Failure to abide by this policy will result in disciplinary action. *

I understand that the Chromebook must be in its case when being transported as reasonable precaution against damage, theft or loss. *

I understand that I must report all Chromebook damages, or the theft/loss of the Chromebook, to the Technology Department at school. *

I/We understand that, unless instructed otherwise by a teacher, all students must have their Chromebook with them each day for every class, and that it must be fully charged daily. *

I/We have read the Freetown-Lakeville Regional School District Digital Technology Acceptable Use Policy and the 1:1 Student Device Handbook included with this agreement and agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained within these documents. *

I/We understand that an Optional Insurance Policy, as referenced above, is offered to cover normal wear and tear and unintentional damage. I/We understand that declining this insurance will result in payment for all damages to the Chromebook. I/We understand that this Insurance Policy does not cover intentional damage, and repetitive damage will not be covered and may be subject to disciplinary action.
