First, we'll be ask for some basic biographical info & your social handles. This info will be shared in a directory internally, and externally published on our site.

Then, we'll ask about your past experiences + your aspirations for the future, to help us connect you with our partners, and assist you and other MD++ members in making meaningful connections virtually + in person.

Lastly, we are interested in how your medical school/program is supporting you in your MD++ pursuits. We will be anonymizing and aggregating your answers to these questions to steer our efforts to advocate for wider and more inclusive pathways to physician innovation within medical institutions.
