Dear Guardians,
Hondo ISD is updating information about the availability of Internet Access and student devices in the homes. Family surveys were conducted in spring and summer but situations change. We are asking all HISD families to please complete the following form before Jan 14, 2021

If you have multiple students enrolled in Hondo ISD, please list all of them in the Student name section. You will only need to complete this survey 1 time (not for each student).
