1.This is a two way interactive and will be conducted on Zoom.
2. We request everyone to be online at least 10 minutes prior to the class to set up and troubleshoot if need be.
3. Everyone is encouraged to actively participate as much as you'd like.
4. Make sure you have adequate space around you, wear comfortable clothing and have water on hand.
5. You must notify beforehand if you are attending a drop in.
