March in costume, get someone to push you in a wheelchair, however you can do it! No tossing of anything or anyone to the crowd! No eating babies, but luring humans into the harbor allowed, for Merfolk ONLY.  Questions to bigwhimsy@gmail.com

 BALTIMORE PARADE I would like to march and show up March 10 between 12-1pm near the Washington Monument in downtown Baltimore and wait around until we go around 2 and then march (or be pushed in a wheelchair, merms) for an hour on a slightly downhill slant?
