This form is for those who wish to register to attend an upcoming Community Conversations on Meridian School Culture on Wednesday, Feb. 8th in the Mays Cafe from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. (Park in the student lot and enter through the Cafe entrance -- see a map!)

We wish to learn more about your experiences and suggestions for how Meridian can improve the school culture in serving our community. This format is one way that we can provide feedback to the School Culture Initiatives Council and Administration to help make improvements.
