Half days = $20/day per child      Full days = $30/day per child.

Due to scheduling staff, days selected are NONREFUNDABLE unless approved by school administrator.  We have  a MAX CAPACITY of 20 children on each day.

Listed below are all the weeks of the summer session.  Please select the days of attendance each week, including the half or full day option for each day before submitting.  If you are unsure of a week or if you will be selecting week to week, resubmit this same form as often as needed.  Please note that when we reach 20 spots on any particular day we will remove that option from this form.
