About the speaker

Mr. A J Jawad is a distinguished mediator and trainer with extensive experience in civil, commercial, and matrimonial mediation. He serves as the Registrar at the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre in Hyderabad and is a Senior Mediator-Trainer for the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) of the Supreme Court of India and the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre (TNMCC) at the High Court of Madras. As the Founder-Partner and Lead Faculty at TEAM (Training for Excellence in Arbitration and Mediation), he leads mediation training initiatives, while also directing DResolute Consulting Private Limited in Chennai.

An accredited Digital Dispute Resolution Specialist with DDRS and AOI, UK, Mr. Jawad has contributed significantly to the modernization of dispute resolution through digital platforms. He is a faculty member at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Visiting Faculty at the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre, Hyderabad, and an associate faculty for ADR ODR International, UK. He has also written extensively on mediation, contributing chapters to influential books and articles for legal journals such as "LiveLaw." As an India-specialist mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Centre and a mediator with the Bombay Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Jawad is committed to advancing mediation practice globally and shaping future generations of mediators.
