We are once again offering an early start for any 30 mile runner wanting to beat the heat or have extra time out on the course.

5:45 AM -- Early Start Check In
6:00 AM -- Run Start
4:30 PM -- Course cutoff time.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Only 1 Aid station will be staffed available until after 8:30 AM.

YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN OUT ON THE COURSE AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN AID UNTIL THE OUTLINED TIMES.

We highly recommend you use your planned average pace to determine how long you will be without aid on the course so you can plan accordingly.

Waiver *

I understand that I will be out on the course UNSUPPORTED by 30 for Freedom until the specified times. I understand this means I will need to rely on myself or my own crew to provide me with aid/support until the outlined times. As such, I hereby release 30 for Freedom, its sponsors, its partners and beneficiaries, its leaders, its employees, and volunteer staff from any liability whatsoever arising out of injury, sickness, or damage, which may be sustained by me (or my crew) during this early start period and throughout the course of activities sponsored by 30 for Freedom, partners and beneficiaries.
