RDC Travel Form - Individual Skaters travelling Out of Country
This form is to provide proof of insurance for skaters travelling as a single to boot camps, Rollercon, or attending a world cup event. 
As of January 2024 there will be a cost for each day of $4 per person per day for skaters playing roller derby outside of Canada. RDC does not cover skaters crossing the border to play on a USA team

Directions once the form is completed
Once filled out, send the calculated amount of days through etransfer payment to PAMTERA@RDCSERVICES.ORG 
PLEASE include your real name and Out of Country Payment in the email transfer MESSAGE box available to you when completing the email transfer.
We also accept joined fees within one etransfer to help with service charges, please just note all of the skaters the etransfer is paying for in the message box. 
We will send out a special electronic card that you can have available when attending Rollercon to show your coverage.
