The Arc is looking for high energy, creative individuals to work with Special Education students ages 5-21 for our 2021 YESS program. Volunteers are needed to assist at camp from June 1 – July 30 . Work hours may vary but must be able to work 8:00-4:30. For questions or more information, call 316-943-1191.

WSU Physical Therapy Study

***Dr. Ken Pitetti, a WSU Physical Therapy Professor, is at the YESS program Monday-Wednesday from 8- 10am. He will be choosing a few volunteers to help with his research study. The study involves testing the students enrolled in YESS camp & their physical abilities with several different measuring techniques (throwing a ball, walking toe to heel, etc.). This is an excellent opportunity for volunteers to learn more about college, preparing for their future and helping them to start thinking about a career path.
