I understand that a motorcycle/bicycle ride is a potentially hazardous activity. I agree to abide by any decision of a ride official relative to my ability to participate in this ride safely. I assume all risks associated with riding in this event, including, but not limited to, the effects of the weather, traffic, and the condition of the roads. I also acknowledge that it is the wish of Mt. Zion Baptist Church that no drugs or alcohol should be consumed during the blessing event or ride, and all such risks are known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing all the facts and in consideration of your acceptance of my registration, I, or anyone else entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Mt. Zion Baptist Church from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I grant permission to Mt. Zion Baptist Church to use any photographs, videos, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. *
