Crescent Moon Gifts Office Rental Application
Thank you for your interest in our building!  We are an established metaphysical gift shop in our 15th year of business in Tacoma. Office space is available for complementary service oriented business- massage/reiki therapists, counselors, holistic health/wellness services, etc.  We would also welcome artists, authors, graphic designers, and crafters looking for studio or workshop space. Offices share a common area hallway, and thus are NOT suitable for busy retail.

If you believe your business is a good fit, please fill out & return this office rental application. We will review all applications in order received and if the office you are interested in is available for rental we will proceed to check your references and background to determine tenant eligibility.  (Preference will be given to complementary businesses and services).

Monthly Office rental rate includes 24/7 access to building, dedicated parking space, all utilities, wi-fi and access to staff break room during business hours (microwave/fridge/lounge). Rental rates subject to change annually, 6 month & 1 year leases available.

Rental Policies
Rent is due and payable on the first day of each month in advance. First month's rent and refundable security deposit is due at lease signing.
This rental application allows Crescent Moon Gifts to verify all information provided by the applicant and gives consent to obtain a consumer credit report relating to the applicant. The digital signature below represents that all information stated on this application is true. If any statement herein is made not true, Crescent Moon Gifts reserves the right to terminate any current or future lease with the applicant.
All office spaces are rented in “as is” condition unless repairs or improvements have been previously requested and agreed upon in writing by Crescent Moon Gifts. I understand that applying to rent a space does not guarantee any rental of space. Crescent Moon Gifts reserves the right to approve or disapprove any and all applicants for any reason, and all decisions are final.
