Hello there. The fact that you're here in this form means two things.

1. You're not having a good day (boo!). And 2. You want to see if you can gently nudge yourself out of the bad day doom spiral.

The newsletter issue that brought you here has instructions on three little things to try. But essentially it's this:
-- do something useful for someone (or something)
-- do a random act of kindness or appreciation
-- do something you've been putting off doing
