GENERAL TERMS

- Prices are in USD.
- Any ill/rude behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
- I, the artist, have the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason.
- Clients must state whether their commission will be for personal use or if they intend to use it for commercial use. Commercial use will require an additional fee.
- If a client requests the commission be rushed, additional fees may apply.
- Once I approve your commission, I will send you a Paypal invoice to your e-mail.
- I will only begin your commission after the full payment is received!  
- I will draw: OCs (original characters), fanarts (for personal use only), animals, NSFW (18+ only).
- I will NOT draw: gore, mecha, child pornography, rape.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
- If you want the commission to remain private, not published anywhere, an extra fee of 50% will be added.
- The client is allowed to: use the copyrighted artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise, print the art, claim the right of the character but not the drawing itself, share the artwork on their social media with proper credit given to the artist.
- The following is considered Copyright infringement: Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money in any way) taking credit for the creation of the artwork, removing any watermarks/signatures, altering the artwork without my, the artist's consent.
- A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

- If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of what you’ve paid.
- If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund.
- You will receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I am unable to finish the commission.
- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
- You will be forbidden to commission me ever again.
