At this point in time, Seaforth Minor Hockey offers programs for those players born in 2016 or later. This year we've had several inquires from parents wondering if we can offer a program for the U5 (2017 born) age. While we are still reviewing the possibility, the executive wanted to open a survey to gauge interest if in fact we are able to offer a program. Please take a few minutes to complete the below survey!
