Produce Bag Sign-Up
Thank you for signing up to buy a produce bag (or more) for our Smart Bellies families! The bags are delivered to families each week on Fridays. Choose a time and drop off below so we know you're planning to buy produce for that week.

PRODUCE BAGS INCLUDE*:
- 4-8 fruits (apples, oranges, bananas, etc.)
- 2-4 vegetables (cucumbers, peppers, carrots, etc)
- A bag or head of lettuce
- Tomato
- Onion
- Potatoes
- Cooking herbs
*Please feel free to get creative. Think of what a family of 4 could use for a meal or snack or two.

How many produce bags to you plan to provide?
We're asking so we can plan ahead and make sure we have enough to cover each of our deliveries.
At which time and location will you drop your produce bags?
For drop-offs at Agape, please bring the bags to the back of the church and place them inside the wooden door on the lower level. Call 970-368-2848 to talk with Sarah or Margaret, we're usually inside packing.
