2024 SAINTCON Call for Events
We are once again excited for SAINTCON! Events are a great way to bring our community together. We would love to review your submissions for SAINTCON 2024.

We are primarily seeking ideas and proposals for events at SAINTCON that are related to SAINTCON’s overall mission and goals. In addition, we are also looking for events that we feel will add value to our attendee’s experience.

Some of the events we have had in the past include:
  • Family Night
  • Hack-in-the-Box
  • Job Fair
  • LAN Party
  • Mini Golf
  • The Vent
  • Tinfoil Hat Talks
  • and many more.

** Call for events is separate from all other calls at SAINTCON. Separate proposals need to be sent for each proposed contest, event, community, presentation, training, etc.

What you are agreeing to should your event be approved:
  • Complete your submission, with all information prior to April 20, 2024.
  • Attend regular planning and coordination meetings.
  • Commit to develop content and attendee engagement methods prior to the conference.
  • Be on-site during SAINTCON to help run the event.
  • A fun, hands-on, engaging, and accepting environment for everyone that wants to participate.
  • To fully comply with the SAINTCON Code of Conduct (https://saintcon.org/coc/) and be respectful to everyone at the conference as an official representative.
