This form serves as one of the primary registration for participation.  Community Service hours and opportunity to obtain a Certification as a Venue Staff  professional which is designed to enhance safety and security awareness and improve planning, emergency response, and evacuation preparedness for frontline venue and event staff.

GAME DAY REQUIREMENTS AND LOGISTICS.  THESE ARE THE STANDARD, ANY SPECIFIC CHANGES FOR A PARTICULAR GAME WILL BE FORWARDED TO YOU PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. 

PARKING/TRANSPORATION: Parking on Site

FACILITY ENTRY: Staff Check-In at the front counter.  You will receive a gold shirt or vest for the day to be returned at checkout.

Walk Through - 24 to 48 hours prior to event at 6:30 

Arrival is at 7:30 am - Pregame Huddle for staff. 

Arrival time: Lead: 8:00 am 

All hands on Deck:  9:00 am

Doors Open: 8:00 am Coaches and Players Only

Spectators: 8:15 am

Game Time 8:45 am

EVENT ENDS - APPROXIMATELY 3 PM
