Gathering Information for our Staff - Dragon Baseball will be offering an summer baseball program once again this summer. The purpose of this form is for us to gather numbers and information from those interested in the program. All Players Must complete and submit this form to attend evaluation / tryout at the Dragon Diamond at Round Rock High School on Tuesday, May 12th at 5:30. If there is a conflict, we will also have a make-up day that will be announced at a later time.
There is no fee to tryout, however there will be a fee to participate in summer baseball if they are to make the team. The cost will be kept as affordable a possible. All fees will be used to cover field usage, admin fees, coaching fees, and uniforms.
We will use this contact information in order to provide pertinent information to you as you transition from Middle School to High School. I will reach out to the email addresses I capture here with further information.

**This will not effect our Spring Selection choices in any way. We just need to know so we can determine how many we will have available for our summer teams.
