Welcome!! We are excited to host another SHEN-ROCK season and to continue supporting youth mountain biking in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley!

Please complete the following form to register your child for SHEN-ROCK Fall 2021 practices. Please complete a form for each rider.

Parent Volunteer. We need your help to either volunteer at the pavilion or as a coach. Pavilion volunteers check riders in and out each practice. Coaches either lead or ride along with student-athletes at practice, depending upon their NICA certification. *

The deadline to sign up for races is Sept 1. The registration fee for racing with NICA is $250. You do not have to race to participate in SHEN-ROCK. *
