Welcome to what will be the last introduction activity of the September AEGEE introduction period, the End Party 🥳
Are you ready to show up in style? Perfect, because we are ready to announce the theme....
The theme of this party is Flower Power 🌺💪!!! Show us your most flowery, colorful, or otherwise hippie outfit, and join us at Sunny Beach on Thursday the 14th of October starting at 8 PM. Don’t hesitate because not only is the party free but you will be welcomed with a free shot and we’ll have discounted drinks🥂.

You can reach the Introduction Committee, our committee in charge of the introduction period, by emailing to aegee.intro@gmail.com. Use the email to ask us questions if anything is unclear or to let us know if you need to cancel your attendance for the activity.

Personal data collected in this form will not be shared with other persons than members of Introduction Committee or the Board. I permit AEGEE-Groningen to publish photos and/or videos of me, taken during this activity, for internal promotion (in the AEGEE-Groningen Facebook group, the (information) WhatsApp Group, the social drink slides, the weekly mail and the yearbook)  and/or for external promotion (on platforms that are accessible to everyone, including but not limited to public social media pages of AEGEE-Groningen, the website, and physical promotion materials (flyers, posters etc.)). This permission can be revoked at any time. *
Should I experience any symptoms of COVID-19 before any of the activities I signed up for I will notify the Introduction Committee as soon as possible and will  refrain from attending the activity. In addition, I am aware that it is my own responsibility to keep 1.5 meters of distance to others at all times. If I do not keep this distance during the events I am aware that members of the organizing committee or the board can exclude me from further participation in the activity. *
