Practitioner Survey

Thank you so much for participating in this survey for my capstone project! This survey seeks to find a model that allows acupuncturists to do more of what you went to school for - healing patients, and less of the cumbersome "business side" of things that just takes up your time and energy. Unlike a "chain" model, the goal is to find a model which maintains your freedom and independence in controlling your chosen treatment philosophy and hours, and in continuing to operate your own practice, if you should so choose.
