Handicap Parking Request Form

Handicap Parking will be provided for LFO Class Night and Graduation. In planning to provide enough parking spaces, Handicap Parking Tickets must be requested ahead of time. All cars requesting handicap parking must have a state issued decal or tag displayed. The senior student making the request will be issued a numbered ticket that will need to be presented at Class Night and at Graduation.
