Ultimate Frisbee - Rules and SOTG Quiz
Please refer to the resource below (Rules of Ultimate) to complete this quiz.  We recommend that teams complete the quiz together so that EVERYONE understands the rules of ultimate before the tournament.

Spirit of the Game (SOTG) is CRITICAL in the sport of ultimate. OFSAA continues to emphasize the principles of fair play, respect and knowledge of rules as ultimate grows in popularity across the province.  Ultimate is SELF-OFFICIATED and relies on the athletes to facilitate a fair match, therefore it is critical that coaches and players know the rules of the sport so that we can act with principal, and model SOTG, all while calling the game appropriately.  Knowledge of the rules is the #1 indicator of Spirit of the Game.

This quiz is "open book" and consists of 30 questions. You can have the  webpage linked below open as you complete your quiz.
