PANDUAN KEPADA PEMOHON (Guidelines for Applicant)

A. Borang permohonan perlu dihantar kepada Sekretariat Penyelidikan dan Inovasi Fakulti Farmasi sekurang-kurangnya dua minggu sebelum tarikh persidangan  (The completed form should be submitted to the Secretariat of Research and Innovation Faculty of Pharmacy at least two week before the date of the conference)

B. Permohonan hendaklah disertakan dengan surat jemputan/brosur persidangan/ bengkel yang akan dihadiri dan lain-lain dokumen yang berkaitan (Application must be submitted together with the letter of acceptance from the organizer/ programme of the conference/workshop and other relevant documents)

C. Hanya permohonan LENGKAP sahaja yang akan diproses (Only COMPLETE application will be process)
