Research in Overseas Archives - a questionnaire

This questionnaire was created to gather information for a study on how scholars conduct research in archives overseas, including how they identify sources and archives, how they gain access to the materials, and challenges they encounter and overcome. Searching on-line (scholarly databases, internet, Google, library OPACs, archival finding aids, etc.)

From citations, footnotes, and bibliographies in other publications

From colleagues, mentors, listservs, other scholars in the field or any human source

Serendipity. I just try archives I run across or have heard of to see if they might have something.
