All orders require full payment before I can start making any physical aspect of your order. As each item is custom and made to order, I do not accept deposits as it is a whole process to complete each item. We don't waste products/materials here!
When picking up, please be mindful of my time. I make sure to maintain open communication with you. If there ends up being a schedule conflict, please let me know as soon as possible.
Once payment is received, no changes can be made. All details are to be discussed and finalized before payment is accepted. You are still welcome to ask to make changes, but I cannot guarantee any changes can be accommodated.
If choosing shipping, it is your responsibility to input the address correctly. If a package is returned to me by USPS, the customer is responsible for any extra shipping charges. I simply copy & paste what you type and ship it out.
