ASA Altar Server Interest Form
Parent's, please fill this out if you would like your children trained to be an altar server on February 5, 2021 at 11am @ St. George Church.  This is for NEW and EXPERIENCED altar servers.  Deacon Kevin Amen will receive a copy of your responses.

Here are the requirements to be an altar server:
1) Must be baptized in the Catholic Faith
2) Must have completed the Sacraments of Reconciliation (confession) and First Communion

The altar servers don't necessarily need to be from All Saints Academy.  If you have friends or family member that might be interested, please encourage them to fill out this form and participate.
