G Add a soft drink - many options on site, can provide a platter of options to the back room and add to the tab what is chosen

We offer 2 set-up options:

1. Self-setup - all tables and chairs will be out at set up as our room is normally staged. After your arrival time, your group will move tables and chairs to meet your needs and subsequently return them to their original positions.

2. Setup Fee - table and chairs will be setup in a U, rectangle or classroom style before you arrive. Indicate which setup style you would like.

We offer 3 cleaning options:

1. Self-clean - all garbage (including bathroom) taken out to the dumpster out back, floors vacuumed, tables wiped clean, furniture restored to original positions, (toilet and sink wiped if a 3hr or greater rental)

2. Custodial Fee - pay for normal cleaning listed above - excess mess will result in additional charge

3. No additional cleaning - Room will be used for a meeting. No outside food or drink will be consumed, no other disposable items will be used.

User agrees to the following conditions:

1. Rental fee, damage deposit & custodial fees are due upon rental agreement unless otherwise discussed.

Building Care

2. Pick up all food and trash - use garbage cans

3. Glitter, confetti and rice are not permitted

4. No tape, tacks, glue or staples may be used - free standing decorations only

5. Exterior doors must be locked and lights turned off after use.

6. To pay for damage incurred to the building, furniture, art or equipment during use.

7. Smoking is not allowed in the building or on the back deck.

Outside Food & Drink

8. No outside food or drink except for celebration cake without previous agreement.

9. Rental cost assumes attendees will be customers at Paddle On. Catering an event in The Back Room is possible, but will incur a higher rental fee. Paddle On would not be responsible for food safety at a catered event and the kitchen is not available for guest use. All items would need to be provided and removed without kitchen use.

Release from Liability

User and all attendees shall, during all times while using The Back Room or the building at Paddle On at 115 Parkway Ave N, Lanesboro, MN 55949 shall indemnify Paddle On & Root River Hospitality LLC against all liability, loss, cost, damage or expense sustained including any attorney fees or litigation.
