Contact Family Law and Civil Law Projects
Please note we are a volunteer-run service. We may take extended periods to respond to inquiries because of this.

We are not able to assist in the Court of King's Bench (Claims over $100,000, including real property, defamation or Divorce Act matters that include child support, spousal support or property/debt division). We do not assist in immigration matters or criminal/regulatory offences (such as traffic). For regulatory or criminal matters, please contact (780) 425-3356. Due to the complexity involved, we do not assist in condo matters. Due to the timeline involved, we cannot assist in contesting evictions. We do not assist with corporate matters and cannot review contracts (including severance).

A volunteer will contact you to get the necessary information to see if we can assist in your matter. Please note, you will be required to provide personal information such as your financial circumstances to assess eligibility for our services.

During the summer, calls will only be returned between 8:30-4:30pm approximately. During the school year, calls will occur Monday - Thursday between 12-1:30pm and 3:30pm-6:30pm.
