Based on input from the board and conversations with the leaders of our church committees and teams, the task force has identified three main areas of focus for our future contract minister:

Preaching
Head of Staff (both paid staff and lay leadership)
Promotion of Congregational Life (support, community, pastoral care, passion)
On March 5th, we will be asking those congregants present for their opinions on the relative importance of these and other areas of ministry in the selection of a contract minister for UUCNH.
