Justin Honeycutt (Bourbonnais P.D.) Scholarship Application
The scholarship is in honor of Bourbonnais Police Officer Justin Honeycutt who was tragically killed in an accident while driving to work in his Bourbonnais police squad on November 4th, 2011.  

The essay deadline for the Justin Honeycutt Scholarship is April 28th.

The essay details: Discuss the advantages of programs such as Active Bystander for Law Enforcement.  Explain what outcomes might result from a well-implemented Active Bystander Program.

The author of the winning essay will be chosen by a panel, comprised of Honeycutt family members.  The winner will receive tuition assistance in the amount of $500.00. The awards ceremony will be held May 19th, with more information forthcoming.
