THE PROCESS TOWARDS YOUR VERSION 2.0

Joining the ZOO is an incredible opportunity that will change your life. It's the chance to become fast, strong, explosive, and conditioned for your sport or goals. It's also the opportunity to have personalized and individual coaching like a professional athlete. You'll have access to the tools that professionals use to perform and excel in their sport or position.

The PAC is the perfect partner if you are determined to develop a massive and impact-resistant upper body, raw power production, explosive speed, and a warrior's mentality. In summary, it's about completely transforming your athletic performance, body composition, and mindset.

Depending on your needs, motivation, and commitment, it's not just a specific performance plan but also high-quality coaching with close monitoring. A specialized coach will provide you with a personalized plan based on your needs, goals, and situation to help you grow, achieve your goals, and become a better athlete, a better version of yourself, your version 2.0.

This way, you can master strength movements, improve sprint mechanics, and receive support and feedback through two-way communication. I can constantly adjust the plan based on your set goals, timeframe, and how you respond to the program.

In addition to your plan, depending on your package, I provide a nutritional guide, lifestyle coaching, injury prevention, and rehabilitation so you can live and train like an elite athlete.

But to be eligible for this, certain requirements must be met!

2. AMBITIOUS WITH MY ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

3. WILLING TO TRUST THE PROCESS FOR AT LEAST 16 WEEKS (CONTRACTUAL)

4. READY TO ADOPT THE REQUIRED LIFESTYLE (PRIORITIZE MY LIFE) AS AN ELITE ATHLETE

Read carefully and check each box.

I understand that it is necessary to trust the process for a period of 4 months or more to obtain results.

I understand that my program will be built and tailored to my needs (ANIMAL & BEAST).

I understand that my coach will respond to my emails/whatsapp within 24 hours (ANIMAL & BEAST).

I understand that I must follow the program with 100% intention, intensity and with ZERO compromise.

I understand that I must provide weekly feedback no later than Saturday evening (ANIMAL & BEAST).

I understand that I have to train between 3 and 6 days a week, each session ranging from 45 to 120 minutes depending on my goals.

I understand that my coach is invested and committed. That being said, if at any time I do not adhere to the program, I can be let go.

I understand that your time is valuable and that complaints, whining and apologies are not tolerated unless it is an exceptional case.

I understand that it is necessary to take ownership to give all the efforts, my dedication, my investment and my commitment.

I understand that I need the resources corresponding to my goals. Don't tell me you want to increase your speed if you pretend you have nowhere to do sprint training.

I confirm that I can financially support this remote coaching program and I am sure that I am perfectly capable of investing in myself.

I take note that the zoom/call meeting and the setting up of the program costs 19 EUR (ANIMAL & BEAST)

Once this is understood, please fill out the form completely to begin your membership process in the ZOO. This questionnaire is not contractual. After filling in your information, we will discuss it during the meeting (call / zoom) and determine together which package is the best fit for you.

If for some reason I think you're out of my scope, unfit with my philosophy or with remote performance coaching, not a good fit, or I just don't think I can help you to grow, I will let you know and you will receive an answer immediately.
