VIQC & VRC Classroom Competition Activities: Stage Submissions Form
This form is for VIQC and VRC teams that have completed one or more Classroom Competition Stages during the current robotics season. Each time your team completes a Stage, you will receive a custom digital certificate to celebrate your success. Teams can indicate they completed more than one Stage or they can complete multiple Classroom Competition Stage submissions throughout the season.

The Primary Contact or other authorized adult team representative should complete this form.  It is not required that each student from the team complete this form (i.e. this is a team submission rather than an individual submission).

Program Type
Program Type is the program your teams are registered for in the current robotics season.  If you have both VIQC and VRC teams that have completed Classroom Competition Stages, please submit a separate form for each Program type.

Team Numbers
Include one or multiple Team Numbers that have completed the same Stages for your Program Type.  Be sure to include the entire team number including the base number and letter suffix.  Example: 1234A and 1234B

If you have teams that have completed different stages, please submit a separate form for each team.  For example, if Team 1234A completed Stage 1 and Team 1234B completed Stage 3, please complete different forms for each team.
