Delivering an irresistible blend of guitar-driven rock and soulful R&B to audiences for over 50 years, Ann Arbor’s Salmagundi brings their mix of classic cover songs and upbeat originals to this year’s A2SF. Featuring music created by legendary Memphis soul and Motown artists during the 60s and 70s, a typical set includes chart-toppers from musicians such as the Supremes, Martha Reeves, Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, Gladys Knight, Marvin Gaye, and many more. This year’s lineup features superb vocalist Sheila Rhodes, the Salmagundi Horn Section, and the Machine Rhythm Section for a performance that’s sure to inspire lots of dancing and loads of fun.
