PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Complete this form if you will be requesting tuition reduction at a private preK program for your:

• NEW PreK student in 2023-24 and you did *NOT* know the private preK program at the time of new student online registration
• PreK student who is transferring to a different program during the school year.

By completing this form, you are requesting tuition reduction for your child to attend a pre-qualified private prekindergarten program OR a public prekindergarten program outside the Harwood Unified Union School District. Up to $3,764 per school year (10 hours per week for 35 weeks) will be paid to ONE pre-qualified preK provider, if the child's registration is complete BY August 25, 2023.

Schools do not manage enrollment at private programs; please contact the private preK program you are interested in. You can find a list here in the box called Universal PreK Documents: https://huusd.org/prek. Children MUST BE 3 years old on or before September 1, 2023 to apply. Children who are 6 years old are NOT eligible.
