Nomination Forms for Executive and Committee Positions - 2020

** Nominations close 3.30pm, Wednesday, 20 November 2019**

The P&F AGM will be held on Wednesday, 20 November 2019. All positions will be vacant at the AGM. If you would like to be part of the Executive, or on one of the subcommittees, you should complete a nomination form. A description of all positions can be found on the school Website. Please note the rules for nomination are as set out below.


RULES FOR NOMINATION

1.   All nominations must be made in writing.
2.   All positions will be declared vacant, however existing incumbents may re-stand for the same position (for up to a maximum of 3 consecutive years).
3.   In circumstances where only one nomination is received for a position,  that position will be declared to have been filled by that nomination.
4.   Where more than one nomination for a position is received, then an election will be conducted.
5.   Where there are no nominations received for a position the position will be declared vacant and remain that way until the first General Meeting of 2020.
6.   Anyone who is part of the St Thomas’ School Community may nominate for a position.
7.   No nominations will be accepted from the floor on the night of the AGM.
8.   All nominations must be in the hands of the Secretary by 3.30pm, 20 November 2019.
