Fort Wayne Robotics Off-season Interest Form
Please provide team information to register for FROST which will take place September 29-30th.  All forms filled out indicate the intention of attending this event. Payment for the event will follow in an email to the team, via the provided lead mentor email.
  • Cost is $250/team with $125 for a second robot.
  • Second robots will be waitlisted, to allow for other teams. We will notify at least two weeks before the event if you can bring your second robot.
  • Registration fee for rookie and pre-rookie teams will be waived! Please contact us if you have questions as to whether or not you qualify.
