JCEAA Football Registration Form
This form must be completed by any student's parent/guardian in Johnson County Schools in grades 3, 4, 5, and 6 that wishes to play tackle football during the upcoming 2022 season.  This form must be completed ASAP so that teams may be set for the upcoming season.  Students will play in their age/grade group ONLY.  An up to date physical is required before practice begins the first week of August.  THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION FEES TO PLAY.  ONLY students enrolled in the Johnson County School System for 2022-23 school year are eligible to play.
