Cancellation Policy: Offer valid up to 30 days prior to arrival. Rates are subject to availability. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified. No cancellation or booking change charge applies until 30 days, 18:00 (local time) prior to arrival. Between 30 days & 14 days, hotel will charge the first night. Thereafter, amount due not refundable.

Credit Card Payment Charge: A surcharge of 2% will apply to all credit card payments made at the hotel. Cash or Eftpos will not incur a surcharge. Payment is required on arrival.

Guarantee Policy: Booking must be guaranteed by providing a credit card.
