SoCal Child Care Serving Ones – 2025 Memorial Day Blending Conference

The churches in Southern California have been asked to handle the child care service for the following sessions:
  • Session 2: Saturday Morning (Inland Empire, San Diego areas)
  • Session 5: Lord's Day Evening (LA, South Bay, East & West SGV areas)
  • Session 6: Monday Morning (North & South Orange County areas)
We need to provide at least 68 serving saints per session. We are asking if you can volunteer to serve.

BACKGROUND CHECKS
All volunteers 18 years old and older must undergo a standard background check. Due to this requirement, we respectfully ask that only saints who are U.S. citizens apply. Please complete this form ASAP to allow adequate time to complete the actual application and background check process, which will be initiated after your information on this form has been received. Background checks are valid for 3 years at LSM-hosted conferences. 

SERVICE ASSIGNMENT
Please indicate all the sessions you are available for, but we will only ask you to serve once (unless you specifically mention you are willing to service twice). You will receive your serving assignment once we have received all names to determine the best allocation.

DAY OF SERVICE
Serving ones will need to report for prayer and orientation 90 minutes before the meeting. 

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR PARENTS
Child care for those in Kindergarten through 6th grade will be provided during the conference meetings. Fill out this form for each child: https://form.jotform.com/243344327979165. Children must be signed in at their assigned rooms 15 minutes prior to each meeting. High school and junior high students are expected to attend all conference meetings.

Background Verification
In accordance with Living Stream Ministry and local state policies, all volunteers working with children and youth are asked to clear a background check. This standard procedure will include an elder's recommendation. The information collected below will only be used by the aforementioned coordinating brothers to submit to the security service engaged by Living Stream Ministry to conduct the background checks. You will then be emailed a longer application form requesting detailed information, including where you have lived for the past seven years. The church will cover the cost of the background check.
