Forever Happily Ever After Parties Booking Form
Please complete at least two weeks prior to your booking. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours going over all of the information you have provided followed by an invoice for $50.00 deposit required to reserve your date to be paid within 48 hours which is nonrefundable. In the event the deposit was unpaid the slot will be open for the next person who books.  An invoice from us will be sent through PayPal which can be paid from your account with a debit/credit card. The remainder of payment will be billed one week before your party and must be paid in full in order for your party to take place. A travel fee may apply as we are based in the Smyrna/Dover DE area. Any travels that exceed 30 , minutes  from  our base may have a travel fee .
