Morton Junior High would like to invite grandparents to visit classes and have either breakfast (8th grade) or lunch (7th grade) with their grandchildren on Friday, April 26, 2024 for our annual Grandparents Day. Schedules and menu are included for both meals below.
Please fill out this reservation form and by Monday, April 15 so we can get an accurate count of those wanting to join.
Grandchild (student) must pay $4.00 for their meal ticket in the main office BEFORE grandparents day if they are eating the provided meal from the school. Grandparent meals are free!
MENU AND SCHEDULE:
BREAKFAST (8th Graders & Grandparents):
Biscuits & Gravy, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Fruit, Coffee, Milk, and Juice
- 8:30am--Doors will open for Grandparents arrival
- 8:45am--Students will meet Grandparents in the Gym
- 9:00am--Breakfast with Grandparents in the Gym
- 9:35-11:17am--Classroom visit with grandchild
LUNCH (7th Graders & Grandparents):
Roast Turkey with Gravy, Dinner Roll, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Apple Crisp, Coffee, Milk, and Juice
- 11:30am--Doors open for Grandparents arrival
- 11:45am--Students will meeting Grandparents in the Gym
- 12:00pm--Lunch with Grandparents in the Gym
- 12:39-2:11pm--Classroom visit with grandchild
