Rescue dogs can be very skittish. They can be nervous around new people, dogs, & other animals. Many of them have behavioural issues due to their past experiences (owner surrenders, puppy mill breeding dogs, homeless street dogs). How do you plan on socializing your dog with members of your family, other pets, and the general public? *
