Summer League Registration
$35 due the first night of summer league. Player will be placed on a team based on experience and position. Placement on a summer league team does not guarantee placement on a CR Volleyball team in the Fall. All games will be played at Heritage High School starting May 26th. Varsity plays Tues/Thus from 7:30-9pm, JV Tues/Thurs from 6-7:30pm, and C team Mon/Wed from 6-8:30pm.

Hold Harmless Agreement/Permission to Participate: In the event of an emergency, I grant permission for emergency treatment. I understand that providing medical/accident insurance coverage of my child for this activity is my responsibility, and I agree to pay all medical related costs. I also hereby waive and release the Vancouver School District and Columbia River Volleyball staff and volunteers from any and all liability for any injuries while my child is participating in camp activities.
