Faculty/Staff Police Academy Registration

Thanks for your interest in VTPD's free Faculty/Staff Police Academy!

Each summer, participants have an opportunity to learn about safety and law enforcement procedures and tactics through a mix of classroom and hands-on activities.

Sessions include but aren't limited to firearm safety, mock crime scene, vehicle operations, officer safety, violence and crime prevention, terrorism awareness, tactical response, K-9 operations, weapon safety, and cybercrime.

A criminal background check will be completed on each applicant.
