Thank you for joining us at the upcoming junior clinic with Canadian Grand Slam and Olympic Champion tennis player Daniel Nestor. Please fill out the following form to complete your participation. Please note that due to space limits this is an invitation only event. There are 24 spots in the clinic. Players must be 10 years of age and up to participate. Thank you.
The fee to attend the clinic is $100. Details on how to pay your participation fee will be included separately
DETAILS
The clinic will be held at the Ottawa Tennis and Lawn Bowling Club.

PARKING - there is street parking available. This is a busy weekend, please plan to arrive early to find parking.
ARRIVAL: When you arrive, let the front desk know that you are here for the Daniel Nestor Junior Clinic. You will be (most likely) on the back courts - courts 13 - 18.
FORMAT
There will be 24 participants for the clinic from the junior tennis community in Ottawa. We will have 6 courts, and 6 pros, including Daniel Nestor. Everyone will have a chance to work with Daniel during the clinic.
CONFIRMATION
Please note that you will receive a SEPARATE confirmation of your participation. Filling out the form does not automatically confirm your participation in the event.
