Hello, Nitzanim and Hebrew High School families!

 It is time to register for the 2023-2024 religious school year!

Please complete this form to register your children for the upcoming school year and update any personal information that has changed. We look forward to another wonderful year learning and growing with your child(ren).  

Please note the following:
1.  Grade-level tuition is non-refundable after October 2023
2.  Registration forms received after June will be sent to the bookkeepers and your tuition will be put on      
     your next bill
3   A child may not begin the school year unless Temple Sholom has received payment in full or you
     established a payment plan with book keeping.
